Spy Chief Mahad Salat in Dhusamareb to Address Electoral Dispute Between Galmudug Leader and PresidentSomalia’s National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) Director, Mahad Mohamed Salad, has arrived in Dhusamareb in a bid to help resolve an emerging electoral dispute between Galmudug President Abdi Kariye “Qoorqoor” and Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
Sources indicate that the visit is aimed at easing tensions and facilitating dialogue between the two leaders as disagreements over electoral matters continue to draw attention ahead of key political processes.
